AYLA BILLICK (she/her)

Ayla is a multi-instrumentalist, singer/songwriter. She started playing drums and singing at 4 years old, picking up the bass guitar at 8 and guitar at 10. She has spent most of her life in studios, and on stage performing in bands all around the Midwest.

As a drummer, Ayla knows how deeply rhythm and vibrations connect us with ourselves, and our overall human experience. Ayla teaches various styles of music including rock, punk, jazz, alternative, pop, and metal. She not only teaches the basics of drumming, but also the art of performance. Whether it be on stage or in the studio. She wishes to share not only her knowledge of drumming but also her passion of playing while using the power of drumming to enlighten, and empower her students while giving them a safe and accepting place to thrive.
